Registration Procedure

•  Pay the stipulated fee to First Bank Nigeria Plc with the following details:
        ACCOUNT NAME: Lagos MCPDP for Nurses
        CCOUNT NUMBER: 2026019763 (USE THIS ACCOUNT NUMBER ONLY)
        AMOUNT: N20,000 (Normal).
•  Please pay for the month you wanted to attend, No refund after payment (Claify Edition before making payment).
•  Payment made can be used for that month only, Teller valid for the month of programme paid for only.
•  Use the name on your licence for payment at the bank.
•  No payment should be made through POS or USSD.
•  Register with the name on your practising license only.
•  Use your Teller number or Bank Transfer ID to complete your registration.
•  Please register with only one teller (N20,000 for General Edition only)
•  Register with N30,000 for Leadership Edition only (Leadership Edition is for May Programme only).
•  Attend the Selected programme and Date otherwise money will be forfeited.
•  Register only once and Obtain a printout.
•  No physical registration at the venue without your evidence of payment, original licence and online registration printout.
•  Our Pre and Post test is currently on Google form, please come to the venue with your Android or iPhone, well charged and internet connected. No hardcopy for pre and post test.
•  Dressing Codes: Only Corporate wears with shoes or sandals on Monday to Thursday while Native wears only on Friday (Slippers or jeans skirt or trousers are not allowed throughout the program).
•  Please come every day to the venue with your food and this should not affect the class/lectures.
